Bill is a seasoned theatre veteran whose acting career has lead him from New
York City to San Francisco and, finally, to Buffalo. A regular face on
stage with the Buffalo United Artists, he has recently appeared in their
productions of LOOKING FOR NORMAL, SOUTHERN BAPTIST SISSIES,
and BASED ON A TOTALLY TRUE STORY.
He also often works at Theater of Youth, recent credits there include LEGEND OF SLEEPY HOLLOW,
THE MIRACLE WORKER, and THE WITCHES.
A progressive-minded artist who has been
involved with many an idealistic theatrical venture, Bill is a welcome addition to
the troupe of Subversive Theatre. He made his first appearance with
us as the fiery rabble-rouser Agate Keller in our staged reading of WAITING
FOR LEFTY for May Day 2006.
For our biennial new play showcase SUBVERSIVE
SHORTS 2007, Bill then joined on as the writer/director of the vignette "Don't Hate the Messenger"
as well as making a brief in another vignette, "The Death of Socrates in
America," as Socrates. The next year, Bill reprised his role as Agate Keller
(pictured left) in our full-scale
production of WAITING FOR LEFTY at the New Phoenix Theatre earlier
this year.
Most recently, Bill performed multiple roles in our staged reading
of THE MAN WHO NEVER DIED for May Day 2008.
