David Granville
Actor/Board Vice Chair

Formerly the Director of the Buffalo Arts Commission, Subversive Theatre is lucky to have someone of Dave's considerable experience and influence on our Board of Directors.
A veteran theater director and administrator, Dave has provided invaluable help in organizing our various fundraising drives and coordinating our efforts to achieve Federal Not-for-Profit Status.
Dave has also made several appearances in a number of our staged readings over the years. First, as Karpov and Yegor Lushin (pictured left) in our staged reading of Bertolt Brecht's THE MOTHER for May Day 2005 and then as the Priest in BURY THE DEAD for the Buffalo installment of the international "Bury the Dead Project" on September 19, 2005.
Also a gifted piano player, Dave was good enough to play some numbers for our staged reading of WAITING FOR LEFTY for May Day 2006.  He then played the "Third Voice" in our staged reading of SPEAK TRUTH TO POWER for May Day 2007.
Most recently, Dave perform multiple roles in our staged reading of THE MAN WHO NEVER DIED for May Day 2008.
