"The thrust for freedom is the quality in tragedy which
exalts. The revolutionary questioning of the stable environment is
what terrifies. In no way is the common man debarred from such
thoughts or such actions."
-Arthur Miller

About the Cast + Crew
Title
Here's the fearless team that made all this possible.
|
Kurt Schneiderman
(Writer/Director)
Subversive Theatre's Founder & Artistic Director,
Kurt is elated to be at long last presenting MOTHER DIS-COURAGE in full
glory with such a terrific cast!
Kurt wrote this play to serve as a direct punch in
the jaw of the Bush regime and hopes his work will inspire at least one person
to overthrow the capitalist monolith of Western Civilization and liberate all
humanity.
Kurt sends all his love to Jenny the Magnificent
without whom all of this would be worthless.

Rick Lattimer
(Son Dis-Courage)
Rick came on board late in this production and has
proven to be an excellent quick study.

Theatre Program,
Rick last appeared in the Buffalo United Artists' production of KILT.
Last year, he starred in the world-debut of Tom Fontanna's THE DAY JACK
LONDON GOT PINCHED at the Flexible Theatre. |

Keith Elkins
(The Ghost of Bertolt Brecht)
Twenty-five years ago, Keith Elkins resolved a
mid-life crisis by taking an acting course at Studio Arena’s Theatre School.
Since then, he’s appeared in maybe fifty productions on several Buffalo
stages, including the Buffalo Ensemble Theatre, the Kavinoky Theatre, The New
Phoenix Theatre, Shakespeare in Delaware Park and the Theatre of Youth.
After a long hiatus, during the latter part of which
he appeared in several staged readings for the Subversive Theatre, he’s
pleased to have been cast in this fully staged production for the company.

One of the newest members of the Subversive Theatre
Collective, we are happy to see Sarah make her first appearance with us for MOTHER
DIS-COURAGE. |

Subversive Theatre is delighted to have an actor of

 |
Jamie Todd Hamilton
(Mr. Money Bags & Paul McCartney)
Jamie is a human being alive on planet earth.
Oddly, he has managed to procreate four times creating Allison, Coreen,
Morgan, and Moira.
One of Subversive Theatre's earliest members, we're
always happy to have Jamie part of the mix.
He sends all his love to Little T-Riff, you, me, and
God. |

Matt Clabeaux
(Graphic Designer)
Subversive Theatre's Resident Graphic Designer, Matt
is the driving force behind Buffalo's independent, unfailingly controversial
arts studio Revolutionary Graphics.
A mild mannered art teacher in the Buffalo Public
School system by day, Matt has designed the vast majority of Subversive
Theatre's promotional material and always does a kick ass job.
