     The Subversive Theatre Collective is proud to present THE LARAMIE PROJECT by Moises Kaufman and the Tectonic Theatre Project in association with the Department of Visual and Performing Arts at Daemen College and the New Phoenix Theatre on the Park.

     This compelling story of Matthew Shephard, his tragic death at the hands of anti-gay bigots, and the explosive aftermath will be performed at Daemen College on April 22 at 8pm and at the Manny Fried Playhouse on April 25 at 8pm and 26 at 6pm.

     THE LARAMIE PROJECT is directed by Robert Waterhouse of Daemen College and features the acting talents of Amanda Flowers, Chadwick Hopson, Codie Kremblas, Amanda Mortellaro, Anthony Orlowski, Emilie Pryor, Matthew Vargason, and Angel Wooden with Sarah Romans as Stage Manager and Amanda Robbins as Assistant Stage Manager

     The production features Costume & Prop Design by Amanda Robbins, Set Design by Lawrence Post, and Lighting Design by Chris Brandjes at Daemen College and by Kurt Schneiderman* at the Manny Fried Playhouse. 

     The Manny Fried Playhouse is located on the third floor of North Buffalo's Great Arrow Building, at 255 Great Arrow Avenue.  Admission is free with donations gratefully accepted before and after all shows. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis with doors opening half an hour before each performance.
