Kurt Schneiderman
(Director of PATRIOT ACT & HAS THE WHOLE WORLD GONE CRAZY?)
Subversive Theatre's Founder & Artistic Director,
Kurt is thrilled to be one of the directors for "sUBVERsIVE sHORTs."
"With all the new plays that Subversive Theatre
receives," Kurt explains, "it's an honor and a relief to finally get
to bring some of them to life."

Rick Lattimer
(Director of REDUNDANCY)
This is Rick's first time directing for Subversive
Theatre. Last Summer he appeared in our international tour of MOTHER
DIS-COURAGE in both Buffalo and New York City (pictured left).
A recent graduate of Buffalo State College's
Theatre Program,
Rick has also been seen in the Buffalo United Artists' production of KILT
and the world-debut of Tom Fontanna's THE DAY JACK
LONDON GOT PINCHED at the Flexible Theatre. |

David Granville
(Director of GEORGE)
The Vice Chair of our Board of Directors, this is
Dave's first time directing for Subversive Theatre.
A seasoned theatre veteran, Dave has a long list of
credits working as both a director and an administrator for many different
Buffalo arts organizations. His previous directorial work includes CONFESSIONS
for Buffalo United Artists and THE RED HEFFER at Irish Classical
Theatre.
No stranger to acting, Dave has appeared in our 2005
production of BURY THE DEAD by Irwin Shaw and our recent May Day
presentation of THE MOTHER by Bertolt Brecht (picture right).

Peter Jaskowiak
("Man" in PATRIOT ACT)
We're thrilled to have an actor of Peter's caliber
involved with sUBVERsIVE sHORTs and equally thrilled to welcome him
aboard as the newest of member of Subversive Theatre's troup of actors.
Most recently seen in the Irish Classical Theatre
Company's production of AMADEUS for Curtain Up this year, Peter has
become a regular face in production both with Irish Classical and Alleyway
Theatre. |

Diane M. Cammarata
("Interviewer #1" in PATRIOT ACT)
Diane has taught and directed drama and musical
theatre both in America and abroad. Locally, she has been seen in
numerous productions at Irish Classical, Studio Arena, and Alleyway Theatres.
For the last thirteen years, Diane has been living in
Japan where she was a professor at the University of Sapporo. Since her
return she appeared in Torn Space's production of THE DEVILS as
Cardinal Richelieu.
PATRIOT ACT is Diane's first appearance in a
Subversive Theatre production, but we hope there will be many more to come.

Joe Weins
("Nook" in HAS THE WHOLE WORLD GONE CRAZY?, "Revolutionary"
in REDUNDANCY & "Interviewer #2" in PATRIOT ACT)
A recent graduate of Niagara University, has stormed
onto the Buffalo theatre scene appearing in BURN THIS at Buffalo
United Artists, PRIVATE VIEWINGS with Road Less Traveled Productions,
and -- most recently -- MAN OF LA MANCHA at Kavinoky.
SUBVERSIVE SHORTS is Joe's first appearance
in a Subversive Theatre production. |

Theresa Baker
("Interwiewer #3" in PATRIOT ACT)
Yet another recent new member of the Subversive
Theatre Collective, Theresa is also a member of the Blue Garrote Collective
and has appeared in their productions of BETHESDA, THE BORDER,
and BLOCK,
PILLAR, SLAB, BEAM.
Theresa has also been a member of the experimental
performance troupe The Real Dream Cabaret since their inception in February of
2004.
You can also hear Theresa on the radio where she
hosts the progressive talk show "Speak Easy" on WHLD 1270 AM.

Jamie Todd Hamilton
("George" in GEORGE)
One of Subversive Theatre's earliest members, we're
always happy to have Jamie part of the mix.
In the past, Jamie has appeared in our productions of
BURY THE DEAD and MOTHER DIS-COURAGE to name only a few.
A renaissance man of the theatre, Jamie is also known
for his work as director, as a playwright, and as a set designer. He
sends all his love to Little T-Riff, you, me, and God. |

Sarah Orloff
("News Reporter" in REDUNDANCY & "Martha" in GEORGE)
Sarah is a recent graduate of Niagara University
where she earned her BFA in performance theatre. She has been involved
in theatre all her life.
Every role she plays is dedicated to her mother and
every breath she takes she loves Big T.
Having performed all over Western New York in a wide
range of roles, Sarah made her first appearance with Subversive Theatre last
Summer in our international production of MOTHER DIS-COURAGE on the
2005 "infringement" festival circuit.

Jeanine Giffear
("Strella" in HAS THE WHOLE WORLD GONE CRAZY? and "Factory
Worker" in REDUNDANCY)
A survivor of UB's Graduate Anthropology Program,
Jeannine is involved with a number of bohemian artistic endeavors including
The Real Dream Cabaret and the Allen Street Dance Studio.
Last seen on stage as "Mary" in the
Skeletons in the Closet Production's MEDIUM RARE, Jeannine first
appeared with Subversive Theatre in our rendition of MOTHER DIS-COURAGE
for Curtain Up 2004. SUBVERSIVE SHORTS is her second Subversive

Don Gallo
("Corporate Executive" in REDUNDANCY)
A mild manner civil engineer by day, an aspiring
actor by night, Don is the former member of the youth theatre group Upstage
New York where he served for many years as Chairman of the Board.
A graduate of Studio Arena's School of Acting, Don
most recently appeared in the Uptown Theatre's production of STUCK and THE
MIND OF THE BEHOLDER for Curtain Up 2005. His film credits include
the role of Lt. Mahoney in the local independent film SMOKE AND THROW.
This is Don's second time working with Subversive
Theatre. He previously appeared in our rendition of MOTHER DIS-COURAGE
for Curtain Up 2004.

Joy Scime
(understudy for "Interviewer #1" in PATRIOT ACT)
This is Joy's second appearance in a Subversive
Theatre production, the first being our 2005 May Day staged reading of Bertolt
Brecht's THE MOTHER when she played the role of Vera Stefanovna.
A founding member of the improvisational company
The Playback Theatre of Buffalo, Joy also performs with Dramatic Solutions.,
She was last seen on stage in Torn Space's production of THE DEVILS as
Sister Jeanne.
Also an accomplished playwright, Joy is the winner of
the American College Theatre Festival's Regional Playwrighting Award. |
