On January 16th, Subversive Theatre was honored to receive the 2019 Award for Arts & Cultural Leadership from the National Federation for Just Communities of Western New York. At the same event our collective also received citations from Mayor Byron Brown, County Executive Mark Poloncarz, Assembly Member Crystal Peoples-Stokes and others.
